This is a professional position requiring casual professional attire. We do provide OPTIONAL polo shirts with our agency logo. We do not have a uniform.
Are we a good fit for an employment partnership?
Communication & Interpersonal Skills required: compassion and understanding, coaching, and encouraging clients, client advocacy–identifying needs and application of relevant resources, relational development and healthy caregiving boundaries. Personal Management Skills: critical thinking and problem solving, time management, care coordination, meal planning, shopping and cooking, light housekeeping, experience organizing, arranging appointments, record keeping and documentation, transporting clients, and physical stamina.
Qualifications
Care Partners (Caregivers) are thoroughly screened and must meet all our guidelines for employment. We perform a comprehensive state and federal background investigation, professional and personal reference checks, drug screen and DMV record check (must have a clean driving record and background check). A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle with current registration and insurance is required.
